MIRANDA HUBA

Miranda Huba is an actor and playwright. Writing credits include: The History Of My Domestication , commissioned by Playwrights Theatre Centre, Hospital City (Tiger Milk Collective) The Tour ( Fringe Tour), Terrible girls, who are not really terrible (Walking Fish Festival), and Victory of course (The Ontological-Hysteric Theatre, NYC). She has performed with numerous companies including: Upintheair Theatre, Chrysalis Theatre, 4-5-0 Productions, Tell not Tell Collective, and Leaky Heaven Circus.  She is a founding member of TigerMilk Collective, and was a co-writer of the company's last creation Stupid Little Girls.   Most recently her new play House of KOSA  received staged readings at the New Play Festival in Vancouver, and as part of Trans-Canada Reading week in Toronto with Factory Theatre. Miranda has trained extensively, recently completing the  Pataphysics workshop with The Flea Theatre in NYC . She is a recipient of the Enbridge Award for an emerging playwright through Alberta Theatre Projects.
